This was an ideal choice for a short stay in Seoul with fantastic value for money. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful, even purchasing a bus ticket for my mother when our credit card didn't work. Be sure to check the buffet hours, as they can accommodate late arrivals with vouchers.

I really loved the easy access to both the nearby theme park and the beautiful Seokchon Hosu Park, which was just a quick 5-minute walk away, making it perfect for a peaceful city stroll after exploring the bustling attractions surrounding the hotel.

Just had an awesome stay with my family for 3 nights, and the mini washing machine in our room was a real lifesaver with the kids! We also loved relaxing at the indoor pool and sauna after a fun-filled day. The only bummer was the late check-in policy, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The dining options near Lotte Hotel are lit! You can grab a coffee fix at Starbucks Galleria just a hop away, or savor some bomb dumplings at Dintaipeong Koria. Plus, the amenities like the indoor pool and easy access to Lotte World made our stay fabulous!

The tipsy part? We were not reminded about the closing time for the Lotte World access. A bit on the pricier side than other hotels too, but the location is worth it!

Absolutely loved the very nice views from the club lounge. Access to shopping was super convenient. The nearby amusement park kept the kids entertained for hours. Sandy saved my day by helping me recover my lost phone quickly!

We loved the amazing access to both Lotte Adventure World and character experiences for the kids. The staff was super friendly, making everything easy and fun. Just a heads up, some facilities were under renovation, but it didn't ruin our time.

The lounge breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price we paid, so it might be better to grab something from downstairs.

Great location near Lotte World.

My experience was incredibly frustrating from the beginning. The front desk staff's lack of clear communication made check-in a nightmare. instead of enjoying our day, we wasted time waiting around for our room to be ready. To make matters worse, I encountered inconsistent housekeeping that left used cutlery in our room and only occasionally replaced items like towels. On top of that, the dining options were limited when we needed them most, leaving us scrambling for food before checkout.

Had a good experience at Lotte Hotel World with a fantastic location near shopping and subway access. The breakfast was impressive, and the staff were friendly. However, the room felt a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved, especially the carpet and bathroom fixtures.
